Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

1. About Egger Business Hub

Egger Business Hub is a business operations platform operated by Egger Cleaning & Handyman Services LLC. The platform is designed to help manage customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, scheduling, workers, employees, partners, job costs, expenses, receipts, communications, and related business records.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Egger Business Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

3. Authorized Use

You may use Egger Business Hub only for legitimate business and service-related purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, use another person's account without permission, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.

4. Accounts and Security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. You should promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security problems.

5. Customers, Employees, Workers, and Partners

Egger Business Hub may provide different account types and permissions for customers, employees, workers, service providers, independent partners, and administrators. Access to information and features may vary based on account type, role, employment status, job assignment, and business relationship.

Being listed, matched, or eligible for work through Egger Business Hub does not by itself create an employment relationship, partnership, endorsement, guarantee of work, or guarantee of payment unless such a relationship already exists under a separate agreement.

6. Job Offers and Assignments

Job matches and recommendations are intended to assist with business scheduling and staffing. A match does not automatically assign a person to a job. Job assignments may depend on availability, service type, qualifications, employee priority, customer needs, required crew size, owner approval, and other operational factors.

7. Estimates, Invoices, and Payments

Egger Business Hub may be used to prepare, send, track, approve, and manage estimates, invoices, payments, balances, and related records. Estimates are not final guarantees of total cost unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable estimate or contract. Changes in scope, materials, labor, unforeseen conditions, taxes, fees, or customer requests may affect final pricing.

8. Financial and Business Records

Egger Business Hub may display financial information such as estimates, job costs, expenses, amounts invoiced, amounts paid, outstanding balances, expected profit, and actual profit. These tools are intended to assist with business operations and record keeping.

Egger Business Hub is not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, tax, payroll, or financial advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing business records and complying with applicable reporting, tax, payroll, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

9. QuickBooks and Third-Party Services

Egger Business Hub may connect with third-party services, including QuickBooks and other Intuit services. When a user authorizes such a connection, Egger Business Hub may receive, store, use, synchronize, and transmit information as necessary to provide the requested integration.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical requirements. Egger Cleaning & Handyman Services LLC does not control the operation of third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, changes, errors, or actions caused solely by those services.

10. Receipts and Expense Records

Egger Business Hub may allow users to upload receipts, associate purchases with jobs, categorize expenses, and match receipts with imported financial transactions. Users are responsible for reviewing automatically matched or categorized records for accuracy.

11. User Content and Business Records

Users may submit information such as job descriptions, messages, photos, receipts, schedules, notes, availability, documents, and other records. You represent that you have the right to provide the information you submit.

You retain ownership of your own content. You grant Egger Cleaning & Handyman Services LLC permission to store, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate Egger Business Hub and provide its services.

12. Software License

Subject to these terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Egger Business Hub for its intended purposes.

This agreement does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, design, branding, systems, databases, or other intellectual property associated with Egger Business Hub.

13. Availability and Changes

Egger Business Hub may be changed, updated, improved, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part. Features may be added, removed, or modified as the platform develops.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, but reasonable efforts may be made to maintain reliability and protect stored information.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Egger Cleaning & Handyman Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from the use or inability to use Egger Business Hub.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived.

15. Suspension or Termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, account closure, or protection of customers, workers, employees, partners, or the business.

16. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as Egger Business Hub changes. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are made.
